Anyone can shop on our website provided the order is being delivered to a UK Mainland address. Unfortunately, we currently cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle Of Wight, Jersey, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scilly Isles or any other countries.

For security purposes we can only deliver to the registered credit/debit card billing address.

All of our prices include V.A.T. and we shall send a V.A.T. invoice with the order.

The prices shown on our website may differ to the in-store prices.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all details published are correct no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. Products may sometimes vary to that shown in the picture, i.e. colour, accessories, etc. All sizes listed are approximate.

Free gifts with items may change without notice (they usually will change to a higher/better model number). We will contact you if this is the case and let you know your options available.

If you experience a problem placing an order when clicking the Send order securely button during the check out process, please change your Internet Explorer security settings as follows:- Under Tools - Internet Options - Security - Internet - click on Custom Level, go down to Miscellaneous and under "Navigate sub frames across different domains" make sure this is set to Enable also under "Launching programs and files in an IFRAME" make sure this is set to Prompt or Enable, click OK, click Apply, click OK.  You should now be able to place orders.


Methods Of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:-

Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit / Delta, Solo, Visa Electron, UK Maestro, cheques, money orders

To ensure the highest level of security for credit/debit card orders we have implemented Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. These are new security programmes from Visa and MasterCard that give you enhanced protection when shopping online. Your card must be registered for this to purchase from us. If you have not already registered then please go to the Visa or MasterCard web site for further details. The details you enter will be submitted to your card issuer over a secure link, this information will not be held or viewed by us.

Payments made by cheque or money order will require 5-7 working days to clear before we dispatch the order. Please send a copy of the order with the payment. Also ensure that the cheque guarantee card number and expiry date are written on the back of the cheque.

Once you have placed your order you will receive two emails, one from us confirming your order details and another one from us via Protx (our payment processor) confirming that your payment for the order has been received.

A contract is formed between you and Luton Hire Centre only when you have received confirmation that your order and payment has been accepted and you are notified of the order number on the screen and by e-mail.



Your online credit card transactions are secure with Luton Hire Centre. We use SSL encryption, which ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. All credit card details are encrypted and handled by our secure online payment processor, Protx, using 3D Secure and we use the highest levels of security available.



We have made every effort to ensure we protect your personal information.

We will only use the information that we collect from you to process your order and we do not pass on your personal details for direct marketing purposes to any other companies.

You are permitted to copy and to print part of this website for the purpose only of placing an order with us. Any other use or reproduction of this website or any of its components is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of us.



Our delivery charge is £4.95 for orders under £20.00 and £5.95 for orders between £20.00 to £125.00.

Free deliveries are currently available if you spend over £125.00 in a single transaction.

Heavier items will incur an additional delivery cost, which will be shown on the item page.


Where Do We Deliver?

We are only able to deliver to the Mainland UK. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle Of Wight, Jersey, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scilly Isles or any other countries.

For security purposes we can only deliver to the registered credit/debit card billing address.

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Most big / heavy items can only be delivered to an external ground floor location at the delivery address.


What Delivery Services Do We Use?

Your order will be delivered by a courier or Royal Mail (for smaller items) and a signature will be required for all deliveries.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. There may be occasions when an item goes out of stock and if this is the case we will inform you of the problem and let you know your options available.

Your order may be delivered in separate parcels or by separate carriers.

We will let you know via email when your order has been dispatched.

If the courier has made two unsuccessful attempts to deliver the parcel then it will be returned to us. Any further attempt at delivery will incur an additional delivery fee, which we will notify to you in advance. We will not make any further attempt at delivery until you have agreed to any additional fee. If the item is returned to us by the courier due to failed delivery attempts and you do not agree to the additional fee for redelivery, you will be refunded less the delivery charge and the couriers return delivery charge to us.

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days of the dispatch date in the email that we send you then please contact us via email and we will find out where your order is.



You may cancel your order prior to dispatch by contacting us in writing via email. We will then arrange for a refund to your card minus a 3% credit/debit card refund fee. This is what we pay the credit/debit card processing company to charge your card and this is non-refundable.



For all returns you must first notify us in writing by email. Please include your name, order / invoice number, a description of the product you purchased and the reason for return. We will then contact you explaining how to proceed with the return. All returns must be made within 10 days of you receiving the item.

If you change your mind about the item:-

If you decide that you do not require any of the items in your order you can return them to us but you must first contact us in writing by email within 7 days of receipt. You must then return the items to us, at your own cost, within 10 days of receipt. We will then issue you with a refund of the items minus a 3% credit/debit card refund fee (see cancellations above) and minus the delivery charge, as long as they are unused and in their original unopened packaging and condition. Should there be any missing parts or damage we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund due to you for the part or whole value of the missing or damaged items.

If your item is damaged or faulty:-

If your item is damaged or faulty we may either; ask you to sent it back to us in the original packaging initially at your expense (and we will refund this to you upon their safe arrival to us once confirmed that the goods are indeed faulty) within 10 days, or we may arrange to pick up the goods (at our expense) from you on a suitable day. We will then send you a replacement as soon as possible.

The original postage cost will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty.

All returns will be evaluated and checked for our security marks before being processed.

We can only offer a refund or an exact replacement for your return, we cannot offer to exchange an item for a different item. If you need a different item, you need to request a refund and then place a new order.

Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
